This module is 2 day long, and will explore how leadership will effect innovation, based on the premises of corporate culture.

This module is essential since leadership is fundamental to the company culture and employee engagement.

What

The module will give the participant insight in what successful Innovation Leadership looks like and how to take personal steps in that direction.

We build on the learning from inspiring examples with other companies, as well as the field of behavior science. You will learn about leadership from your personal, company, team and project perspective.

How

You will learn by studying literature, performing tasks related to your company and your project, exchanging thoughts and experiences with others and turning your knowledge into action.
